I have applied for fastag on 29th nov. I got my customer i'd and wallet i'd by 5th dec via email. Still i have not received the tag. While booking it shows in 7 working days you will get pdf download and fastag kit. Still not received. It is highly impossible to reach customer care number. Nothing is there related to this faq. How to know the current status? When will i get the card?
