I applied for fasttag and i have submitted the all the required document through online and i got a sms stating that account created successfully but i didn't get any information regarding how to collect my fastag.

My application reference no is hfr824325

There is helpline given in that site (Services and sales queries :[protected] but its always busy, no one is there to attend our call.

It will be great if you could update the status or there should be email_id for customer care.

If you have received fastag wallet details, please note that you will receive the fastag in 15 working days post creation of your fastag wallet. The dispatch details will be intimated to you via SMS. For any further assistance, you may write to us at fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com or call on[protected].
