Hi team I have 3 main issues Issue 1) i have been charged more for same day return journey. An extra amount of rs.45/- has been deducted from my fasttag account. Need your support to reverse back the amount. Amount deducted by hdfc fast tag:- rs.190/- Amount which was supposed to be deducted is rs.135/- I have raise a service request for the same in the hdfc site sr[protected] but of no use Details for the case My wallet id:-[protected] Customer id:[protected] Vehicle number:- ka50-z8291 City :- bangalore Toll plaza:- devanahalli (Airport blr) Dispute date:- 24th nov 2019 Dispute time:- 8am to 11 am Issue 2) the customer service representative speaks in hindi only, which is very difficult for people in south to understand, when asked for an english or other language representative the executive simply hung up Issue 3) there is no escalation point which is very frustrating Was this information helpful? | |||
