HDFC Bank — fastag | |||
I have purchased hdfc fastag in march2019 along with new maruti car. they have added rs 200 in tha account. same was exhausted now. am not trying to recharge hdfc fastag by submitting my information on hdfc website. after filling ID, Wallet, Car number etc the portal says no record found. i visited the hdfc bank branch. they have given me the toll free number. tried to contact 100 times on toll free number but only music is played. there i sno contant email on bank website. as a i am not account holder of hdfc bank can not lodge grievance on their website. i am told that hdfc has lost all customer data recently. ultimately putting on this site with hope that i can recharge the account.
