[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag | |||
On 27th of 2019 i had applied online via hdfc bank fastag portal for the fastag. However due to the error in the online system 3 times payment of rs.500/- got debited from my saving account. Surprisingly against those 3 payment 2 application generated. I. E. Hfr646384 & hfr646210. Next day i had launched the complaint with all the necessary evidences through concern branch. Case number is 10805943. After 10 days i got the fastag against the application no. Hfr646384 as well as refund of rs. 500/-. But one more refund is still pending against the application no. Hfr646210 as it was generated because of online system error. After that again on 06th of dec. 2019 another complaint was launched through the concern person of the bank. Case no. Is 10879347. But till today i have not received any kind o[censored]pdate on this issue nor refund of rs. 500/- Was this information helpful? | |||
