HDFC Bank — fastag

Hdfcbank fastag first time registration is not working as generated otp sms is not received on my mobile.

I have not used the tag and hence seek full refund of rs.500/- as product is not working for me.

As on 27.12.2019, after multiple complainst there is no solution nor refund.

Welcome e-mail on 26.11.2019
Physical tag received on 04.12.2019
Issue raised on 08.12.2019
Refund asked on 16.12.2019

I need confirmation from hdfc that they will make full refund so that i can buy another tag from other provider.

I had already done that. There is no esponse from them. See attachment. Point no. 2 is not being addressed since 08.12.2019. The tag is unused. Refund me my money ₹500/- and take the product back as hdfcbank is unable to make it work.
