[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fastag

My fastag account of hdfc was created before the 8th dec and amount of 500 deducted from my account and the fastag account was created around the 15th dec. As on date, there is no update on when the actual fastag sticker will be sent and when can i expect the same.

Trying to call the toll free number is useless because all that we get is - this line is busy and please try after some time which i have been for the last 5 days.

This is ridiculous that the bank advertises about the same but does not follow up and give any information beyond deducting money from the customer.
