HDFC Bank — fastag email and sms not received

Address:B-0805/0806, MARINA, CASA RIO, KALYAN SHIL ROAD, 421204

Dear sir/madam,

I have hdfc bank fastag but i have not received sms or email confirming customer id and wallet id for me to login to fastag portal.

Pls provide the same on my registered email id and sms on my registered mobile number.
