[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — fastag is not provided | |||||
Hi, I have submitted online application for hdfc fastag on 4th november 2017. I have also paid 300 rs (200 rs deposit + 100 rs initial recharge). I got a confirmation e-mail with reference number hfr009227. Till now i haven't received my rf tag id or any update on this. The customer care number is not working and none of their regular bank customer care employees are aware this service. It's big disappointment that hdfc bank is involved in this kind of scam. Nov 21, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Received correct customer care contact number from the bank representative. I followed it up with customer care and received my RF ID. | |||||

HDFC Bank Customer Assistance
Thanks for the update. One of the above number was working and I spoke with the customer care person. I have been told that the ID proof and RC copy were missing. I have actually updated them online and I am not sure why they are missing. I have sent them again to hdfc.fastag@sahaj.co.in with my HFR reference number as subject line. I hope my issue will be resolved soon and my RF ID will be sent to me via courier.
