HDFC Bank Fastag — hdfc bank fastag fastag did not received | |||
I ordered hdfc fastag aprox 1.5 months before, my reference number: hfr077631. I still have not received the tag but received messages stating my account is active etc… on following up many times, got the tracking number to realize that the tag has been sent back due to incomplete address. Address shared by me is the same as mentioned in my aadhar. The concern is that why is that service provider is not aware of this, the service in the call center is pathetic. I would suggest that anyone planning to get fastag to have it procured directly from the toll and not waste time with hdfc. I am not really sure as to when my tag would be dispatched again… Was this information helpful? | |||
