[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — hdfc fastag not received - app. no. hfr373837

Address:RANIPET, 632401

Hi team,
I applied for hdfc fastag on 14 nov and got reference number hfr373837. This was after payment was deducted from my credit card. However till date, i haven't received the fastag.
I have tried to reach out on the toll free number [protected] mentioned on site, but nobody is answering and it always remain busy.
Really not sure how to proceed.
This kind of behavior is unexpected from hdfc point of view..
