[Resolved] HDFC Bank Fastag — I did not receive welcome email | |||
I have bought new car and was issued fastag thru the dealer and i have used the amount given by the dealer and when i wanted to recharge the fastag i tried to login fastag hdfc as given in its site and i tried with new registratn also forgot password and also other ways of help provided in hdfc. Nothing worked well. I reregistered by paying a fresh rs 500 and succeeded in payment confirmation from the bank. Now also welcome email not recieved nor i could know the balance in my account no sms received till now. Tried contacted hdfc fastag customercare but always phne busy. My question to the bank is how could hdfc registered the same car number again for issuing fastag and how govt is making mandatory to all vehicles who are not sure of passing through toll plazas. Its like prepaid to govt before passing through toll gates govt should initiate guidelines in a coherent manner Was this information helpful? | |||
