HDFC Bank — fastag is not working though amount is in the wallet...I wish to close the fastag account with hdfc and request for refund of amount in my account

Though i deposited Rs.3500/- in my fastag wallet i had to face difficulty at toll plaza as we were told that our fastag account was not working and hence not responded and we were subject to mental agony and un- necessary arguement at the toll plaza with the persons there and hence i request you to close my account with hdfc and refund my money..
