HDFC Bank — fastag issue | |||
I am a privilege customer of hdfc. Considering my long standing relationship with the bank, i decided to buy the fast tag pass for both my cars through the hdfc portal which i accessed when i saw it as an ad when i logged into my account. Its been over 15 days since i applied and i have no idea as to what has happened to my application. I am able to login into the fastag-hdfc website, but there doesn't seem to be any status on when my tags will be dispatched. Tried calling their customer care[protected], which is always busy. Tried to reach this number over 50 times with no luck. Then i tried their other numbers on the website - +91 [protected], [protected]; which as per my network provider does not exist. This is not the first time i'm facing problems with the bank. I think i have to start exploring alternative banking options as well. Was this information helpful? | |||
