HDFC Bank — fastag mail not received, no response in customer care number. reference number hfr595442

Dear sir/madam,

I applied for hdfc fastag online. I filled the application and made a payment of 500 rupees (200desposit+200balance+100issuance fees). After successful completion of payment it showed that i will receive a mail of application, i did not receive any mail and the customer service numbers are always busy. What do i do with the reference number when there is no option to track the application status. I want to know the status of my application. Reference number hfr595442
