[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag - no response

I have applied a week before for fast tag using hdfc bank. I got sms to receive email and someone will contact in 7 days but there is no communication at all. Toll free number to contact is also waste, i have been trying since last 4 days but not even a single time it connects but always busy.

It has been real bad experience
I have no idea whom o contact and how?

Please someone help.

Your application has been received at our end & you will receive the Tag in 15 working days from the date of application. The dispatch details of the tag will be shared with you via SMS.

However there is no response or information regarding delivery of physical fastag sticker.
Please help.
