HDFC Bank — fastag no response from customer care number[protected]

I have been trying to contact hdfc fastag customer service number. Its never picked up. This is very pathetic service, never expected from hdfc bank. Been with more than 6 years no issues ever. Now i am not sure if it is dependable when my car breaks down on highway, should i count on hdfc fastag? Other providers are giving fastag for free. There is no tracking information yet if hdfc is really sending the fastag to my mailing address.

Updated by Atmaram Muduli No one reverted. No fastag delivered. This is pathetic. Cancel my wallet and do a full refund. I shall go for other vender.
