[Resolved] HDFC Bank Fastag — no response from customer services | |||
On 25 nov 2019 i made a purchase for tastag in online portal https://getprepaidcard.hdfcbank.com/fastag and made payment via hdfc debit card rs.500/- and reference no. [protected] Payment is successful but still i dint get any response form fastag regarding the tag. It is frustrating that hdfc is not giving proper notifications to customers. From last 2 days i am trying to connect with hdfc fastag team, helpline number is either busy or just playing music if connected. No one is ready to receive the call. Email id provided by hdfc bank also returned with failure notice. I want current status of hdfc fastag. Request to refund the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
