[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag not delivered | |||
I have applied for fastag on july 1st 2019. I received message on my phone that a tag and wallet has been agenerated and activated. However, i have been waiting for the fastag for the last 5 months. Can some be responsible for the delivery? Also, there isn't any way to track the status of my tag at the moment, which is clearly a failure of hdfcbank in handling this fastag delivery process. If you are not capable of handling this then you may not initiate this kind of process, i would have opted for other bank or wallet services for this.
