[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag not delivered | |||
Hi, I applied for fastag on 30th November but didn't got confirmation and money got deducted. On 5th Dec, I received a message that Tag Issued successfully with Wallet and Customer ID. I am still waiting on my Fastag. I also tried to connect with customer support but their number always found busy, no other method for connecting with them. I hope HDFC not doing any kind of fraud and no sign of my Tag. Hope no Generic reply but a good solution around it . If HDFC bank cant mange a service then why to offer it or just to harass the people. Fastag user ID#[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
