HDFC Bank — fastag not delivered yet | |||
Application approved on 30th nov, received sms saying: - the fastag has been issued successfully - customerid[protected] and wallet id was given - the wallet was re-charged - the card would be dispatched in 4 working days. Wallet has been re-charged and the fastag Its 11th december now - and still no sign of the fastag. Have been trying the customer service numebr[protected] and the constant message is that the number is busy. No email address provided so that a complaint can be lodged. Can someone at hdfc pls let me know the current status of my fastag? This is absolutely pathetic customer experience from hdfc Was this information helpful? | |||
