HDFC Bank — fastag not delivered yet

Application approved on 30th nov, received sms saying:
- the fastag has been issued successfully
- customerid[protected] and wallet id was given
- the wallet was re-charged
- the card would be dispatched in 4 working days. Wallet has been re-charged and the fastag

Its 11th december now - and still no sign of the fastag. Have been trying the customer service numebr[protected] and the constant message is that the number is busy. No email address provided so that a complaint can be lodged.

Can someone at hdfc pls let me know the current status of my fastag? This is absolutely pathetic customer experience from hdfc

The email address you have mentioned is incorrect - I dont think you can have brackets in the email address. Can you pls check the email address and send it again?
