Had applied for fastag and received the message of cutomerid and wallet id created on nov 30. But till date have not received the card - no further communication.
The helpline number is forever busy, not been able to connect at all.

The tag has been mandated for dec 15 but looks like the service providers like hdfc are not able to manage the load.
Need an update on the status of the application.
