[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag not delivered yet. wallet id created on nov 30 | |||
Had applied for fastag and received the message of cutomerid and wallet id created on nov 30. But till date have not received the card - no further communication. The helpline number is forever busy, not been able to connect at all. Appl ref # : hfr587756 Customer id :[protected] The tag has been mandated for dec 15 but looks like the service providers like hdfc are not able to manage the load.
