HDFC Bank — fastag not recd - online application with hdfc

I applied for fastag from the online portal on 1st december. My fastag ref number is hfr821321. I have still not received the two tags. The money has been deducted from my credit card. I have sent emails to status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in - that email id does not work. I have been trying the phone [protected] - that number does not work. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 18, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We regret any inconvenience you may have faced your application is received at our end and you will receive the Tag within 7-10 working days. Kindly note the dispatch details of the TAG will be shared with you through SMS. I am disappointed by the delay - I applied on 1st Dec and so already 18 days are done. 7-10 working days essentially mean that it will be into 2020 before I can even think of getting it.
By when will I get the SMS and the details of the dispatch?
