HDFC Bank — fastag not received after 45 days

I have apply for hdfc fastag on 22nd november and received confirmation mail "fastag will be received in next 7 working days.

But till the date i have note received my fastag sticker and customer care relationship is very poor.

Please do the needful on urgest basis.
