[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fastag not received after payment.

I have paid for fastag through hdfc bank online on 29th november, 2019. I received a mail confirming the tag activation on 30th november, 2019. I also got customer id and wallet id in the same mail. Its been 19 days since then, and i have not received the tag yet. I signed in using the customer id and it shows the tag as active till 2029. Hdfc customer care number is not reachable.
