[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fastag not received

I applied for fastag for two of my vehicles. Money got deducted from my account and i got sms message saying my fasttag is activated.

Its been more than 15 days and i have not received any communication from hdfc on how i can get the actual fastag.

I called up customer carte number[protected] but nobody picks up the call. This is not expected from a reputed bank like hdfc.
