[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag not received | |
I have not received my hdfc fastag that i had applied for and over 6 weeks back although i had received messages that my fastag has been activated successfully, my customer id and the wallet id generated and my tag has been successfully recharged with the initial rs.100. I tried to call their customer service number but never been able to get through - it is always busy; there is no email or any other place where i can enter my complaint - that is pathetic. I tried to login with my customer id, but there seems to be "no record". My application number is hfr021640. Was this information helpful? | |
