[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag not received

I applied for hdfc bank fastag 0n 30-11-19. Application reference no is hfr803993. As of now i have not received the fast tag. Toll free number does not work. I donot know my application is being processed or not. I am feeling that i should not have applied it through hdfc bank. I should have opt another bank. There is poor response from hdfc bank and customer service is nil.
