[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag not received | |
I paid 500 through website of hdfc bank for purchase of fastag but even after 8 days i didn't received fastag. My booking id is hfr958156. I want to get refund my payment as it easily available on the spot and that also free of cost from other vendors. Even their customer support number is not working. I tried a lot to contact them but of no use. While ordering it was told that fastag and email containing user id and password will be sent in 7 days but nothing received yet.
