[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fastag not received

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 rs on 3th december 2019. The reference number of the application is hfr880712.

On 6th dec i have received an email stating your fastag has been successfully created & recharge amount updated on my wallet.

However till today i have not received the fasttag and there is no update about when i can expect to get it. No way to contact your customer care. At least give some contact details to reach you. Remove this number[protected] no one is responding to this.
