HDFC Bank — fastag not received

I applied for Fastag on 30 November 2019 on HDFC platform and my application number is HFR804529. On 5 Dec i received confirmation message that, your fastag issued successfully afterwards I have not received any confirmation for dispatch the same. I tried to reach customer care however unable to reach as customer care is not working. Amount of Rs 500 already deducted from my account and its about 2 weeks gone. When i will get my Fastag???
