HDFC Bank — fastag not received

With reference to the fastag account opened on 05.07.2018, we have still not received the physical fastag.

We tried to contact toll free helpline but to no avail.

We did not expect such pathetic user interface from hdfc bank where no customer service department contact details are mentioned. Unnecessarily we have face issue on toll plazas because of hdfc's irresponsibility.

We have send the complaint on the suggested email id but so far no reply has been received.

There is absolutely no contact from HDFC Bank regarding the complaint. I have send atleast 3 reminders on the email id given.
