[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag not received for reference number hfr850593

I have applied for this fastag on 2nd december and got this reference number hfr850593 since then i have not received any communication or the fastag either. I have paid rs-500 and uploaded the rc details. I tried calling the customer care multiple times but ivr is saying they are busy and disconnecting the call. I have been with hdfc for 8 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans) and this is the worst experience with them. Verified Support Dec 16, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, After the submission of your application, you will receive your Tag within 15 working days. The dispatch details of the tag will be shared with you via SMS. -Anay HDFC Bank Customer Assistance Dec 17, 2019 Updated by SMaji007 Dear Sir, The application submitted on 2nd December 2019 and today was the 15th day since the application submission. I haven't received any courier.
