Hello, I am an existing customer of hdfc bank. I have applied for fastag using hdfc online form on 02-dec-2019 and application number is hfr843688. I have received a blank envelope on 18-dec-2019. There was not fastag inside of the envelope. I have tried raise concern using toll free number and email id given, both simply don't work.
