[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag not received ref no (hfr377101) | |||
I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have paid all the payments. I have just received user id[protected] & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank. When i ordered the fasttag from hdfc fasttag portal there it was cleary mentioned that fastag will be delivered in 7 days please see the below attached photo for the same. Now its 13 days. Their service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag. Was this information helpful? | |||
