HDFC Bank — fastag not received, the customer care says "not dispatched" everytime | |
I filed an application for hdfc fastag - hfr01481563. Called customer care number more than 10times, spoke to multiple people. Everytime they respond saying the tags are not dispatched, we are escalating, the tags will arrive within few days. Its been almost 2 months i cant get any progress on it. Asked to cancel it, but they are saying they cant cancel once applied. No email id or online way to contact. The above response is what I hear from customer care over phone for the past one month. Now Im hearing the same here as well. I applied on Feb 7th., its Match 16 today. I have been calling customer care from Feb 21 onwards and hearing exact same response as you mentioned above. Its total nonsense & pathetic customer support from HDFC.
