[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fastag not yet received

I purchased a hdfc fastag more than a week ago and i received a mail stating that the fastag is been issued and 200 rs have been credited but till date i haven't received any fastag. Also i tried contacting mailing hdfc but the number doesn't work at all. I have never expected poor service from hdfc.
Kindly help me out and issue a fastag or refund my 500 rupees

Hi, my application reference number is HFR396046.

I paid 500 and got response that representative will get in touch soon. But no response even after a day. I tried to call customer care multiple times. But no response them too.
