[Resolved] HDFC Bank Fastag — Refund Issue | |
Hi team, My hdfc fastag application number is hfr845540. I have applied on 19th dec 2019 and i have received the login credential. However, i have not received the fastag sticker after so many reminders. Finally, i decided to cancel my hdfc fastag due to their pathetic service. I have placed the request to cancel my account and requested for a refund. I have placed this request on 2 months back. Till now, i have not received any update from them. I have called more than 5 times. Every time they are telling the same thing that i will receive my refund within 5 working days. I have raised the complaint[protected]. Till now i have not received any update. Such a pathetic customer service i have never experienced anywhere. Was this information helpful? | |
