[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag sticker

I have applied for fastag through hdfc on 28th november 2019 (Application ref no: hfr653523). Received a mail from hdfc on 4th december stating fastag issued successfully containing fastag i'd and wallet number. But i didn't receive the physical fastag till today (17th dec 2019) nor didn't receive any courier information related to dispatch of fastag. While applying fastag, it was mentioned that will be getting fastag within 7 working days. But it is almost three weeks since i applied fastag.

Also calling customer care number it is always busy

If you have received FASTag wallet details, please note that you will receive the FASTag in 15 working days post creation of your FASTag wallet. The dispatch details will be intimated to you via SMS.
