HDFC Bank — fastag sticker not received

Dear team, I had requested fastag from hdfc bank on 6th december 2019 through online request. A sum of rs.500 was deducted from my account and i was sent an sms stating fastag will be delivered within 7 days. Few days back i was sent message stating fastag has been issued but it has been 10 days now, sticker is not delivered. I tried reaching to toll free number several times but no one picks.
