HDFC Bank — Fee charges | |||
I had salary account with HDFC bank a/c no: [protected]. I closed this account because they convert this account to saving a/c with minimum balance of 10, 000 per month without my knowledge and any notification via email. That's why I have to pay Rs 5, 500 no maintaining the balance charges to close the account. My request is to refund this money as they have not send any notification as they're going to change my salary a/c to saving account. I have contacted the bank and they told me that I have to pay this amount then only they will close the account. I don't have any options at that time that's why I paid the amount and request to close the account now the a/c is closed but I need my money refunded as this is not legitimate charges.
