[Resolved] HDFC Bank — forex card charge dispute | |||||
I had purchased a forex card from hdfc and some unknown transactions have occurred before even i has swiped the card anywhere for the first time and i have lost about 340$ (Roughly more then 18500rs) i have been trying to dispute this change with hdfc customer support and has been receiving the worst customer care i have ever seen! Ref no. Hbl=[protected]. After days of waiting the latest email i received was from arun kumar who dosen't even know the complaint properly and says i should be contacting the merchant directly. This is a theft by hacking or some sort due to hdfc's poor firewall systems. How should i be able to reach the merchant? Was this information helpful? | |||||

Without any intimation charges are debited. Even not communication nor inform charges are applied from September
