[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fraud call regarding the claims | |||||
From last week i am getting call continuously from number ([protected]) and she says that she is calling from hdfc life mumbai head office and wants to make old policy settlement. She is demanding some verification related documents and cheque of rs.25500/-. Why should i pay to get my own amount. They are calling me again & again from different numbers. When i talk to hdfc life customer care, they told me that for your own amount you no need to pay any amount/cheque. When i asked them to share details on my email id, so they denied that is not their policy. Was this information helpful? | |||||
