[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fraud of credit shield insurance | |||
I had a HDFC credit card. I did not opt for credit shield insurance premium. Without information they charged 900.Is there any legal action that I can take on them. First time they charged me with ERGO insurance for that some body suggested STOP CSG to send [protected] on this number. I had successfully opted out, but this time different insurance for that no cancellation option.This is really fraud on HDFC to take customers money in that fashioned.
