[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fraud transaction of credit card

I am mohd maqbool malikmy credit card bearing no xxx6527 has been used by itunes. Combill on 30 march 2019 at 21:13 and rs 6200 has been fraudulently used from my card with out any otp or cvv no plz refund me as soon as possible i think hdfc is also involved in these fraud transactions because it is not possible to make a transaction with out entering a cvv no and otp which are the securities of the card.

I have applied for food plus card on 07MAR2019 but unable to receive this.

I received call from Blue Dart on Saturday. He said he would deliver on Monday but not delivered till now.

I have received an SMS at 00:49 Hours that Rs. 999 spent via Credit Card at AMAZON1258399 on 25 Mar 2019 00:48 without PIN/OTP. I have not done any transaction. Please help me with the fraudulent transaction to get my money back.
