[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Fraudents call and harassment by hdfc customer center | |||||
From last 2 hours i am continusly getting call from hdfc call center. I am outof india and wanted to avoid calling but after continous call i recived and asked not to call again and i am not intrested for any feedback, extracard. Even you cancel my credit card. When hdfc cannot understand that if customer is not answering call then they should not repedetely call. That also on saturday. What kind of brand you are! I have decided not to use any hdfc product anymore. Dont you guys have any quality ceck before outsouricing your customer services. Your cheap customer service are of no use, all teh intentions i have seen of this agency to get comissio. So i would sugest all consumers who recive call for credit card, let them send the personal for document collection and once they turn up just avoid. So this way better to teach a leasson when they also get frustated and harrassed. I am attaching screenshots of the calls. And while posting this already received 10 more calls What the * even my vodafone dnd is activated then also they call. Cpmlained vodafone.
