[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fraudulent transaction | |||
Today (15oct 17) i got a call in disguise from hdfc people (Around 2pm) they asked about my debit card which needs to be upgraded. Though i didn't discolse then pin, before i could understand 2 transaction took place from payumoney and some one in the name of sandeep kumar was credited twice the amount of inr 9021/-. A total of 18042 was deducted from the account i have informed customer care and payumoney about this. Transaction id of[protected] and[protected] is requested to block at payumoney. Tomorrow i will visit the branch. I found the debit card is deactivated now! No clue on who did this?? I didn't directly ask hdfc customer care to block, they told me to visit branch as soon as possible. Please let us know, what are the chances that i get my money back?
