[Resolved] HDFC Bank — frustrated customer, haven't received, credit card applied 2 months ago | |||
I am a hdfc bank account holder with a salaried account working in a reputed mnc. I got my hdfc account opened on 2nd of july, 2018. Since then, i tried a lot of times to contact hdfc personnel for credit card. Each time i receive an application number, but later on i get an email that my address couldnt be found. I asked for this to mr sumit ([protected]), who opened our accounts, but each time he tried to delay the work and ignored my application. Colleagues who applied for the card have received it. Kindly provide me the reason why this bank isn't able to provide this basic facility. We had an option to choose between icici and hdfc.
