HDFC Bank — Harassment for credit card bill of rs. 2361.13

I hold a credit card with hdfc bank. Due to some reasons i haven't paid last month's bill which is rs. 2361.13. A new bill is generated with interest to the last month bill amount.

When i first received call from number [protected], i said i will pay the amount as soon as possible. But then she started saying you have to pay it now.

I don't know why and how she was demanding me to pay it immediately. I said i have received new bill as well and it has a due date till august 10th and i will clear that.

She was not listening at all. And i again she started calling. I received a call today at morning 7.30am and i say that this is not a time to call.

She also demanded me to pay the bill by today before 12pm and she also made a text message starting 'regards you hdfc credit card minimum due. Remit today by 12pm to avaoid block and cibil updation.

Who the hell is she to update my cibil score?

I have decided now only to make my payment on last day of my bill due date.

I receiving multiple calls from different numbers. I want your team to make sure that they are in their limits.
