[Resolved] HDFC Bank — harassment from collections department | |||
I have been a customer from last 10yrs with hdfc bank, in recent times i am not able to pay my credit card dues on time due to some financial constraints. Though i am paying the dues i am running 1 month behind.. Your 3rd party collections team from kanjurmarg.. Dipti and others calls me up 30times in a day or to my ex wife harassing her though it has been informed we are not together. They call up abuse me and her stating bank has asked them to do so due to my delinquent payment terms. Language used “ paise nahi hai isliye wife left, aukat nahi hai, police complaint karna hai kar jake etc, tu chor hai payment karne ka intention nahi hai etc ” is this your service for customers who stick to your bank or you guys are giving me free services and not charging me interest, late payment, over limit etc.. So i have bear it. Kindly look into this before i file a legal complaint and stop making your payments. Was this information helpful? | |||
